Colleen Devlin

Research Associate

Colleen is the project leader of the Fisheries Conflict Database for Secure Fisheries. Prior to joining OEF, Colleen worked in Egypt at the Research Institute for a Sustainable Environment at the American University in Cairo. She conducted research in sustainable water management in Saharan oases communities. Colleen holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy and Environmental Science and Policy from the College of William & Mary. Her research interests include climate security and the prevention of resource-driven social conflict.
