Colleen Devlin


Colleen is the project leader of the Secure Fisheries’ Fisheries Conflict Database. Prior to joining OEF, Colleen worked in Egypt at the American University in Cairo’s Research Institute for a Sustainable Environment conducting sustainable water resource management research in Saharan oases communities. Colleen attended graduate school at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she studied environmental governance, and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy and Environmental Science and Policy from the College of William & Mary. Her research interests include community-driven development, social accountability, and resource-driven social conflict.
